Our very own Senior HR Operations Manager, Jodie McLean will be spending the night in a cold, concrete dog kennel to raise funds for the Animal Protection Society (APS).
This year marks Jodie’s 7th time participating in the event, and she’s all geared up to make a difference! She’ll be spending the night with Raven, a 6-month-old Bull Arab who is new to the shelter. But don’t worry, with her smoochy ways and good lucks, Jodie is certain Raven find a loving home soon.
APS is a volunteer-run organisation that relies heavily on donations to keep their operations going. They’re constantly faced with an influx of animals in need and increasing legislative and compliance requirements – something I am sure we can all relate to at Rise!
Jodie will be giving up her cosy bed on the chilly night of June 16 to sleep in Raven’s kennel to raise funds for APS and help the shelter continue to save homeless animals who desperately need a helping paw.
We’re so proud of Jodie for her dedication to helping animals in need and championing the incredible work the Animal Protection Society does.
