We provide more than just a great place to live.
We’re here to support you to achieve your goals. Benefits of being supported by Rise include:
Gain more independence
Our houses across Perth give people living with disability choice and control, to live the life they choose. Our support team are there if you need them but it’s your home and we will support you to live independently. While you will share the communal areas with your housemates your bedroom is your space to decorate as you choose.
Make new friends
One of the big advantages of our shared living arrangements is that you can make new friends, expand your social circle, and try new things.
Get out into the community
All our supported accommodation houses provide many opportunities to participate in community activities and explore the local area. We can assist you to join a sports team, take up a new hobby, or get involved in any number of recreational activities, including fishing, golf, or photography.
Support with personal care
Your Rise team members are available 24 hours a day to assist with cooking, cleaning, and personal care, including showering and dressing. The team will listen to you to understand how they can best support you.
We have several supported accommodation vacancies for people with disability across Perth. If you’d like to find out more about these or our independent living options, please contact Mandy on 0436 686 897 or amanda.hughes@risenetwork.com.au. You can also learn more here.
