We will then ask for details on:
- What sort of house you would like to live in
- Where you would like to live
- Your support requirements
- Or if you would like to live alone or in shared accommodation
We will then determine if we have any vacancies that you may find suitable and discuss them with you.
If you decide you would like to explore these options, we will arrange a meeting with you to gain a more in depth understanding of yourself, your wants and needs.
At the end of the meeting, we will all decide whether to progress to the next stage to ensure the accommodation will meet all of your requirements and requests. If you would like to get to know more about living with Rise, we can organise activities that suit you, like visits to the house to meet the other residents and staff, group activities, overnight stays and virtual introductions and tours (if you can’t get to the house).
If we don’t have anything suitable at the moment, we can keep your details on our waitlist and let you know when new houses or vacancies become available. This could include Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) that we are currently developing.
With your permission, we can also introduce you to other agencies we work with who may have a suitable vacancy.
