Proof of vaccination requirements for venues in WA

By Rise
28 January 2022
From Monday January 31 2022, it is a condition of entry to a number of venues in Western Australia that anyone aged 16 years and over show proof of their full COVID-19 vaccination status or a medical exemption.

Some of these premises might be ones you visit in the community such as a pub or restaurant.

They also include the following Rise premises:
  • Social centres and Rise offices that are attached to an aged care social centre. This covers those at Wembley, Yirra Mia, Wahroonga, Centenary House, Peter Anderton and the Arts Hub.
  • Rise Supported Accommodation Homes (unless you are a family members/carer)
  • Milperra Respite Cottage

This is a Government mandate which we are obliged to follow and we hope it keeps us all safe and well.

If you have any questions at all about this or how to obtain the correct proof and identification, please visit the WA Government proof of vaccination webpage or speak to your support team at Rise.
