We really need your input
Niall and Tracy from Wellrounded have been invited by St John of God Health Care to facilitate a co-design group in Midland to help shape the design of a new Adult Mental Health Centre.
Your valuable input will inform the design of the centre which will offer free, on-the-spot advice and support and, if needed, assessment and treatment for people experiencing stress, anxiety and other mental health issues.
St John of God Health Care has been appointed by WA Primary Health Alliance to lead the co-design of the centre, which has a target opening date of late 2021. The centre will operate with a drop in and referral model, offering a friendly, low key environment for people who need support, helping reduce the stigma associated with mental health and alcohol and other drug issues.
It will be a good afternoon and afternoon tea will be provided!
Who should attend this event?
· people who experience mental health and /or alcohol and other drug issues
· carers and families of people who experience mental health and/or alcohol and other drug issues
· members of the Midland community with an interest in the centre
