Iris supports staff and guests at Yirra Mia’s front desk and recently participated in the happiest run under the sun! It was also an opportunity to raise funds for Make a Wish Foundation thanks to the generous people at Rise's southern social centre.
Iris is passionate about supporting others.
“I like to do things for other people. I couldn’t stay inside four walls all the time it would drive me around the bend. I’ve always done volunteer work.
Everybody needs help in their life. I like to help other people. Even in the local neighbourhood. They’ve all got my phone number. If you need us, ring us.”
