Take a bow Andrea Kelly – the WA winner and national finalist for the State Aged Care Employee of the Year organised by ACSA (Aged and Community Services Association).
The Aged Care Industry Awards organised celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions in the aged care industry throughout the year.
Andrea represented WA at the National Awards in October. She has worked at Rise for over 17 years and is currently the manager of Centralised Services. Andrea has overall responsibility for quality systems for aged care as well as the central administration including scheduling.
Andrea demonstrates high-level capability in planning, monitoring and evaluation and has consistently developed and supported teams to work independently and make value-based decisions. She drives cultural change through relationship building. Feedback from her team members state that through her mentoring and guidance they have confidence in tackling new tasks, safe in the knowledge their decisions will be supported.
